The first time I came to see them was in January this year for a tail light issue & routine check up. They made my life so easy with the pick up service: I didn't even have to use PTO or find coverage to get my car taken care of! I got my car back same day, and they made sure to walk me through the recommended services that fit my budget to help keep my car road safe.
This visit was because my A/C needed to get fixed. Melody was so sweet on the phone and she got me booked in the next day (Tuesday) for a night drop. Jeff listened everything I had to say about my car's symptoms to help diagnose the AC issue. Melody also went above & beyond by helping me coordinate a ride home that same night!
The next day (Wednesday), Jeff had my car diagnosed before the end of the day. When I communicated that I needed my car back for a funeral in Baxter Springs KS (1.5 hour drive) that Friday, Jeff told me he would do his best to get back to me by EOD Thursday.....and Jeff is a man of his word! Even though it was poor calendar management on my part, Jeff stayed late to make sure I got my car back in time. I finally have cold hair for the long drive, and can rest easy in this heat!
From the moment you're on the phone making an appointment to picking up your car back up, you can tell that Jeff & Melody really care about their customers. I'm so happy I found these guys and have already told all my friends and family about them! And when something else eventually breaks on my car, I'm happy to say I know who to call "

"I've used Tulsa Auto Fix several times, and Jeff and his team consistently provide outstanding service. Their prices are fair, their communication is excellent, and they truly go above and beyond to make things convenient for their customers.
One thing I really appreciate is their willingness to accommodate busy schedules by offering mobile service and even picking up and dropping off vehicles when needed. That level of customer service is hard to find.
Most recently, they fixed the AC in my Mercedes. It turned out to be low on refrigerant, and they diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and had my vehicle back to me in about five hours. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

"Wow!!!! Where do I even begin with this shop. From the front desk all the way to the work done. I had some so called mobile mechanics butcher my truck. I brought it to Tulsa auto fix and they diagnosed the problem and came back with multiply issue the other guys caused.. I took it to a different shop, where I was told they could not identify the issue and did not want to try and fix it. "Hard to find good mechanics to work on your vehicles now days. I took my vehicle to another shop before finding this place. The other shop was hired to do a tune up and when I got my car back from the other shop I was leaving with worse issues than I started with. I found auto fix on a whim and they were able to get my car in, diagnose , and repaired in a timely manner. Price I felt was reasonable but they did good work"
